Introduction of Use
Add 1 dessert spoon of Sage, creeper thyme, horsetail herb mixture to 1 glass of boiling chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (7 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.
Consume 1 times a day two hours after dinner.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
